Teen Fitness Camp

GETTING FIT AND HAVING A GREAT TIME!

Ages 11-14, Half Day Camp at the Rye YMCA
Mon., Wed. & Fri. (3 days)  or Monday-Friday (5 days)
9:30 am-1:30 pm (Membership not required)

Participants will work indoors and out with Certified Personal Trainers and Sports Nutrition Specialists to achieve individual goals. Activities include swimming, sports, games, strength training, spinning, pilates, agility training and much more. Teens will learn to use the equipment in the Fitness Center and Freestyle Fitness Zone and how to create their own workout program. Teens will get fit, learn about nutrition and have a great time! Energy snack and periodic assessments included. Participants must be able to swim one lap in the pool, and run continuously for 5 minutes.
